Therefore, he submits that nothing survives in this Writ Appeal to be adjudicated upon further. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No. 1 of 2014 is also dismissed.
