ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for records pertaining to the FIR in Crim No.156 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the Final Report has been filed and it was taken cognizance in C.C. No.23 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.

3. Report has been received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, stating that the Final Report has been filed and due to some rectification, it was kept pending. But now it was taken cognizance in C.C. No.23 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the Final Report filed before the the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, he can workout the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said development, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
