Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PON KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.SUYAMBULINGS BHARATHI, Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4491 of 2018, dated 22.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 12.04.2018 to till https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ date.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and he shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
