within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner is working as In-charge Principal Cooperative (ITI) of the fourth respondent's Institute. He has given a representation dated 28.01.2018 calling for Denovo enquiry. It appears that an earlier enquiry was conducted and report dated 03.06.2016 was submitted. The petitioner wants fresh enquiry. This Court cannot issue any positive direction in this regard. However, when the petitioner has given a representation, it is the duty of the first respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2018 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
