This petition has been filed to direct the Respondents No.1 and 2 not to interfere into the petitioners right possession and enjoyment of her property situated in new survey no.1328/2(Patta No.1276) Kalakkadu Village Tirunelveli District which is the subject matter of a civil suit in O.S.NO.23 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District under the guise of exercising their powers.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. Mrs.T.Hemalatha, Sub-Inspector of Police, Kalakkadu Police Station, Tirunelveli District is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that neither a case nor a petition enquiry is pending against this petitioner on the file of the respondent police.
