pass an order on the enquiry conducted by the 2nd respondent to delete the 4th respondent's father's name Subbaiah in UDR Patta vide Patta No.441 and comprised in Survey Nos.59/C10, 59/C9B, 75/A9B, 81/12, 28/10 and 37/11 situated at Kaduvettividuthi, Thiruvonam, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District to include the Petitioner and other Legal Heir of Muthuveeran in the above said UDR Patta.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.The petitioner's case appears to be that there was an error committed during UDR. If that be so, it is the fifth respondent who can grant relief to the petitioner. The petitioner is permitted to submit a proper application before the fifth respondent. On receipt thereof, final order on merits and in accordance with law will be passed within a period of four months thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The fifth respondent 2/4

shall put the interested persons, if any on notice before passing final order. It is open to the fifth respondent to pass order in one way or the other. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
