ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A2 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC in Crime No. 183 of 2018, on the file of the respondent Police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is said to have transported 1⁄4 unit of river sand illegally, by using Van bearing Regn. No. TN 72 R 1966 and he is also having two previous cases of similar nature.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is having two previous cases of similar nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
