************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 4 to 5 to conduct the Peace Committee Meeting before the commencement of festival date for using the existing chapparam / portable chariot and also for allotment of any one day before sixth day of Mandagapadi ie., from 27.03.2023 to 05.04.2023 in Uruvaati Arulmigu Shri Periyanaayagi Amman Kovil temple festival, which belongs to Sivagangai Samasthanam Devasthanam, Uruvatti, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk limit, Sivagangai District to the Devendrakulavellalar / Kudumbar community by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2023. 2.Heard Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 & 8, Mr.S.Manohar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 6 & 7, 4/9

3.According to the learned Counsel for the parties, the Peace Committee Meeting was convened on 13.03.2024 at 11.00 a.m. in the presence of the Revenue Divisional Officer and the other officials and also both the rival parties attended the meeting. The issues have been settled in the aforesaid Peace Committee Meeting for performing the Mandagapadi in the said temple and therefore, recording the aforesaid statement of the parties and also the copy of the peace committee meeting resolution, no further orders are required in the present writ petition.
4.We make it clear that if there is any dispute with regard to seeking the right or honour for the Mandagapadi, all the said issues are to be agitated either before the Joint Commissioner under Section 63 (e) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 or the parties can seek the remedy before the competent Civil Court.

5.With the aforesaid observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
