ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus petition has been filed to produce the petitioner's minor daughter namely, Dhiviya, aged 17 years, before this Court and handed over her to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner is present today. She has been informed of earlier order of this Court, dated 02.07.2018, which reads as follows:- "The third respondent police have produced the detenu - Dhiviya, daughter of Subramanian, before this Court. The detenu informs of having left the parental home, on 18.04.2018, on which date, she ws a minor. She has attained majority on 20.06.2018 and informs of having married the fourth respondent. Pursuant to the registration of the case by the third respondent police against the fourth respondent, he now is in judicial custody. The detenu further informs that her parents-in-law have accepted the marriage and she would be residing at their home.

2.Since the petitioner is not present, recording the above position, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand adjourned to 04.07.2018."

3.Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus petition shall stand closed.
