ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 13.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 366 and 376 IPC in Cr.No.19 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner sexually assaulted the defacto complainant's daughter. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in order to disrepute the family of the petitioner, the defacto complainant has given a false complaint against him.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District and on condition that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
