ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 13.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 341, 302 and 506(i) IPC, in Cr.No.532 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused murdered the deceased.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the prosecution case, the head injury which caused the death, was caused by A-1, who stands released on bail and the allegation against the petitioner is that he used a stick in beating the deceased. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the intervenor vehemently https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ opposes for granting bail.

5. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and on condition that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and appear before Tallakulam Police station daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, he shall appear before the concerned Court on all future hearing dates without fail.
