PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in Se.Mu.No.A7/2058/2020 dated 09.09.2022 and the consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/27164/2020, dated 20.12.2022, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and passed without authority and consequently restore the petitioner into service as Village Administrative Officer. ORDER
