ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 408, 409, 471, 477A and 379 IPC r/w 34 IPC in Crime No.7 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein is the President of Q.695, Chathirareddiapatti Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society. During the time of alleged occurrence, the jewels which was pledged by the poor farmers to the tune of Rs.70,77,500/- was misappropriated from the said Society. 3.It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the main overt acts are attributed against the first accused and that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.Learned Government Advocate submitted that the first accused has already been released on bail on 11.04.2018. 5.Since the first accused has already been released on bail on 11.04.2018, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
