Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.01.2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.
3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.71 of 2016 on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.01.2016. The said statement is recorded.
4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
