This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to accept the cause title in S.A.(MD)SR.No.110562 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that after disposal of the first appeal on 06.10.2025, the term of the previous President Krishnammal, who represented Vidhaya Sankara Residential Welfare Association before the trial Court as well as before the first appellate Court, expired in December 2025 and now one Mr.Balasundaram was elected as the current President and hence, the present petition has been filed.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
