ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners demanded more dowry from the de-facto complainant.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, would submit that CSR No.214 of 2018 dated 03.05.2018 is pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that CSR No.214 of 2018 dated 03.05.2018 is pending, this petition is not necessary. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
