ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, to dispose of the petition in Crl.M.P.No.1679 of 2025 in Crime No.529 of 2025, wherein an application has been made for return of the vehicle that was seized in mines and minerals case.

2. Considering the fact that the application is pending for the past three months, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, is directed to dispose the above said application within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
