ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register F.I.R. and initiate necessary action in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 29.09.2015 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 29.09.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to

law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
