On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.272 of 2016 was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 01.02.2016 and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai and the same was taken on file as R.C.S.No.7 of 2017.
