When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending.

2. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police in the enquiry. The respondent police shall ensure that no physical harm befalls the petitioner. As regards the property dispute, the same has to be settled before the appropriate forum.
