O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the Civil Suit in O.S.No.100 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court of Palani and transfer the same to the file of any other District Munsif Court of Dindigul District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the first respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that now the Presiding Officer against whom the petitioner alleges bias got transferred on 29.04.2021 itself and now, new Presiding Officer has taken charge on the same day itself and as such, the present transfer petition has become infructuous and he has also filed a counter to that effect.

4.In view of the above submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
