ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners stand accused in Crime No.231 of 2016 and Crime No.118 of 2018 as accused Nos. 2 and 3. One Ramesh was done to death and pushed into a Well on 30.10.2016. That is the subject matter of Crime No.231 of 2016.

2.One Neethiraja is said to have witnessed this occurrence. He had been blackmailing the accused and taking money from them. Since the demands of the said Neethiraja became intolerable, he was also done to death and pushed into a Well. That is the subject matter of Crime No.118 of 2018.

3.The involvement of the petitioners in both the cases came to light only last month. The murders have taken place at the instance of the first accused Samuthirapandi. The said Samthirapandi is yet to be arrested. Investigation is still pending. Therefore, this Court is of the view that it would not be safe to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
