Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents.
2. Today, Mr.M.Senthilkumar, Sub Inspector of Police, Chinthamanipatti Police Station, is present before this Court.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.85/2014 was completed and the case was closed as 'action dropped' on 28.09.2014. Thereafter, RCS 53/2016 was served on the de-facto complainant and the same was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Kulithalai and was accepted on 28.01.2016.
