Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to issue joint patta in favour of the petitioner by rectifying the errors happened while updating the records (UDR) of lands of the property comprising in the Survey No.125/1C5A, consisting of four cents of vacant land which was wrongly included in the sixth respondent's land as well as the property of land comprising in Survey No.466/6, consisting of 293 Square meter, which was wrongly included in the lands of Government natham Poromboke, situated at Kalloorani Village, Aruppukkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the fourth respondent to issue joint patta in favour of the petitioner, namely, Durairaj, residing at 128/232, Sourashtra Teacher Colony, Teppakulam, Anuppanadi Road, Madurai, by rectifying and updating the UDR of the lands of the property in Survey No. 125/1C5A, measuring four cents of vacant land, which was wrongly included as the lands of the sixth respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the sixth respondent, namely, M/s.Kallorani Shathiriya Nadargal Uravinmurai, had already given a No Objection Certificate in this regard. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner drew the attention of this Court to the proceedings / letter of the third respondent, who had stated that the representation of the petitioner had been received and that the Tahsildar, Aruppukkottai, who is the fourth respondent, had been directed to conduct enquiry.
3. Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, had taken notice for the respondents. The learned Additional Government Pleader stated that the enquiry is to commence and would end within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Recording the above said submission, a Mandamus is issued to the fourth respondent, namely, the Tahsildar, Aruppukkottai, Virudhunagar District, to complete the enquiry on the basis of he representation given by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/3
