O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.2314 of 2016 by learned District and Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil on 05.08.2016.

2.Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail on 05.08.2016 on condition that he shall produce property deed in his name worth Rs.2,00,000/- before learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Nagercoil. Since petitioner has no property in his name, he could not avail the bail granted on 05.08.2016. Hence, he sought for modification of the bail conditions.

3.Heard learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on the said submissions.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the conditions imposed by the Court below directing petitioner to produce property deed in his name worth Rs.2,00,000/- is deleted. In all other respects, the earlier order shall prevail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
