ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 and 6, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.03.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on record for the petitioner would submit that he has given a change of Vakalat to the petitioner and that was informed to this Court on 07.07.2021 itself. However, it appears that his name has been continued in the cause list as the counsel for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that enquiry was undertaken and even though the complaint has been given by this petitioner, due to the non cooperation of the parties, the same is pending. On the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner, he has to appear before the Enquiry Officer and cooperate with him. 4.The grievance of the petitioner has been redressed in undertaking the enquiry, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

5.Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to cooperate with the Enquiry Officer to complete the enquiry. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
