ORDER
Seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against respondents 3 to 13 considering the petitioner's complaint dated 13.02.2026 13 to 2026 in reference no.DUM26062535, this writ petition is filed.
2. The petitioner filed an online complaint on 13.02.2026, bearing Reference No. DUM26062535, seeking the return of documents from the private respondents and requesting that action be taken against them. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner has approached this Court. 2/4
3. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
4. The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to issue summons under Section 64 BNSS to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents 3 to 13 have also given a complaint on 21.02.2026. The respondent police is also directed to conduct enquiry on the said complaint as well.
