Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the respondents 1 to 7 herein to remove the unauthorized Auto Stand developed by the Railway Auto Drivers Welfare Union in the old Railway Station premises of Karaikudi Railway Station and consequently directing the 1 to 7 respondents herein to prevent the auto drivers from entering into the new and old premises of Karaikudi Railway Station in the absence of valid parking permit issued by the railway Administration and also directing the respondents 6 and 7 herein to provide adequate protection to the Registered Auto Drivers with valid parking permit who are using the new and old premises of Karaikudi Railway Station, Sivagangai District For Petitioner : Mr.S.Bharathi Kannan For Respondent : Mr.S.Manohar Standing Counsel
