PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the Respondents 1 to 2 herein to consider the Representation of the Petitioner dated 04.02.2022 provide adequate Police Protection for life and limb of the Petitioner from the life threat from 3rd Respondent For Petitioner : Mr.S.Sarvagan Prabhu For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 & 2 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.02.2022 provide adequate Police Protection for life and limb of the Petitioner from the life threat from 3rd Respondent.

2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 04.02.2022 to the first respondent is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
