JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondent together filed a 1/4

joint compromise memo wherein the parties have arrived at a compromise accepting the decree passed in H.M.C.M.A.No.23 of 2017 on the file of the 5th Additional District Court, Madurai, dated 17.12.2019 and it is understood that one time alimony of Rs.4,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) by cash has been paid by the respondent to the appellant on 17.03.2025. 2.Hence, recording the same and recording the joint compromise memo filed by the appellant as well as the respondent, this CMSA is disposed of and the joint compromise memo would be a part and parcel of the order and the order passed by the 5th Additional District Court, Madurai, dated 17.12.2019, in H.M.C.M.A.No.23 of 2017 is hereby confirmed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
