ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to grant permission to perform the programs such as Adal Padal Programme on 10.05.2018 at night 07.00 p.m., to 12.00 p.m., in Arulmighu Sri Maha Kaliamman Thirukovil is situated at Meikkal Naickanpatti Village, Thalamalaipatti Post, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District and to provide adequate police protection based on his representation, dated 30.04.2018. 2.Heard M/s.S.Bharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner wants to conduct Adal Padal Programme on 10.05.2018. He had given a representation in this regard on 30.04.2018.

the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions to ensure the smooth conduct of the programme. It is made clear that the programme shall conclude by 10.00 p.m. The second respondent, while stipulating conditions, shall also ensure that law and order is maintained and that there is no obscenity in the name of conducting the programme.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
