ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in respect of the above said civil dispute in the guise of enquiries in S.S.Colony police Station Wherein there is no both civil and criminal jurisdiction to the respondents to deal with this matter

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 08.01.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
