ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 25(1A) and 27(1) of Arms Act, 1959, in Cr.No.37 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of deadly weapons in his cow shed. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has four previous cases including 302 IPC. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner has four previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
