ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to take action based on petitioner's representation, dated 02.04.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had issued CSR and the same is still pending.

3.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter party, if any, conduct a detailed enquiry and after giving opportunity of hearing the petitioner and the counter party, dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
