C-60.To entirely relax the condition of daily appearance imposed by this Honble Court in Crl OP(MD) NO.2227 of 2026 dt.05.02.2026 or in the alternative, modify the condition to as and when required by the Respondent police, and thus render justice.

ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2227 of 2026 dated 05.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. Further, after completion of investigation final report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2227 of 2026 dated 05.02.2026. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2227 of 2026 dated 05.02.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court on all hearing dates without fail and also on first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m. 04-03-2026 TM To
