ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC., in Crime No.3 of 2016, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the first accused in this case is a registered Company, wherein, the petitioner and other accused in this case had collected huge amount from general public and defaulted in repayment of the money to the depositors. Hence, this case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same is pending before the learned Special District Judge/TANPID, Madurai as C.C.No.21 of 2017.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Special District Judge/TANPID Court, Madurai, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer, who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
