ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants to sell the petition mentioned land. Objection was received from the second respondent. The first respondent had initiated proceedings in terms of the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in a decision reported in 2017 (3) CTC 135 (Sudha Ravi Kumar & Others Vs. The Special Commissioner and Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department and Others). Notice was issued on 24.01.2023. 3.The petitioner only wants the said proceedings to be concluded. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to conclude the proceedings and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of 2/4

receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
