Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, M/s.S.Andal, Sub-Inspector of Police, Srivilliputhur Town Police Station, Virudhunagar District, is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that no case or complaint is pending against the petitioner before the respondent police and that only the petitioner's husband is an accused in Crime No.197 of 2017 under Section 41(1)(a) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

2.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
