Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to number the unnumbered P.O.P. No. of 2021 in Unnumbered Arbitration O.P. No. of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil (Before the Appellate Authority under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act) and to allow the present Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioners to number the unnumbered P.O.P. No. of 2021 in Unnumbered Arbitration O.P. No. of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil (before the Appellate Authority under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act) 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3.The petitioners have presented the P.O.P.No. of 2021, before the trial Court and the same was returned by the trial Court. Perusal of return order, the trial Court returned the P.O.P. petition with six queries. The petitioners have represented the same, but some of the queries were unanswered, especially Arbitration Award Number was not stated in the averment. Without rectifying all the defect and without any explanation, the petitioners have represented the petition.

C.R.P(PD)(MD).No. 859 of 2022 4.In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to represent the petition with all the explanations and after making all the corrections, which were raised by the trial Court and represent the same, within 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil is directed to verify the petition and if so found correct, number this P.O.P petition, without making any further queries and proceed the matter on merits. 5.With these directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
