ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by the retired Chief Civil Surgeon in Government Hospital, Aranthangi, Pudukottai District, seeking a mandamus to direct the respondent to consider his representation dated 21.12.2021 for settlement of his retirement benefits. 2.The perusal of the counter indicates that the petitioner has to submit his pension proposals to the third respondent. Only after receiving the same, the pension proposals will be forwarded to the Accountant General(A & E), Chennai. So far the petitioner has not submitted his pension proposals to the third respondent herein.

3.In view of the above said facts, the petitioner shall submit the pension proposals to the third respondent herein. On such submission, the third respondent herein is directed to forward the same to the Accountant General (A & E), Chennai, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of pension proposals from the writ petitioner. 2/5

4.With the said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
