Seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.32 of 2016 before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2016 was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 30.12.2016 and a closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.
