ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the Patta in Patta No.2336 in respect of Survey No.572/1A7A1, measuring an extent of 1.0.50 Hectares, which stands in the name of the third respondent, within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner has made representations dated 06.06.2018 and 12.03.2020 to the first respondent to cancel the Patta alleging that the said Patta was granted based on the false and forged documents. But, no order has been passed on the said representation so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.6802 of 2020 3.The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is very limited scope. Therefore, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2020, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity to the respondents 3 and 4 and other interested parties if any, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
