Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records relating to the impugned order Na.ka.No.857/A2/2019 dated 11/10/2019 of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to pay salary to the petitioner continuously including the arrears of salary. ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this contempt petition alleging that the respondents have not obeyed and complied with the interim order of this Court, dated 20.12.2019, passed in W.M.P.(MD).No.23487 of 2019 in W.P(MD).No.27175 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that order of this Court has been complied with and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
