This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.253 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.6 of 2017, on 01.02.2017.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
