ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 (Sand) IPC in Crime No.71 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.
3.It is a case of sand theft. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is having three previous cases to his credit.
4.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
