ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to execute the warrant issued by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Rameshwaram in STC.No.177/2020 dated 12.02.2021 and proceed with the same, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the complainant and he lodged complaint against the second respondent, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. On receipt of the summons, the second respondent failed to appear before the trial Court and the trial Court issued Non-bailable warrant against him, on 12.02.2021 and the same is pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Rameshwaram.

3.In view of the above, the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Rameshwaram is directed to execute the Non-bailable warrant issued against the second respondent in S.T.C.No.177 of 2020, on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6529 of 2022 Rameshwaram, within six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish the correct address of the second respondent and co-operate in executing Nonbailable warrant against the second respondent. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
