J U D G E M E N T (Made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) The learned counsel for the appellants had filed a memo that the first appellant had not responded to the notice sent seeking instruction. We therefore directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants in the cause list. Though names are printed in the cause list, there is no response from the appellants. The appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
