O R D E R

Challenging the preliminary award passed in I.D.No.126 of 2018 dated 12.02.2020, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. This Court perused the entire award passed in I.D.No.126 of 2018. A perusal of the entire award reveals that the Labour Court has confirmed the order of the Disciplinary Authority. This Court is unable to understand on what way the petitioner Transport Corporation has aggrieved by the preliminary award of the Labour Court and no adverse order was passed as against the petitioner Transport Corporation. Hence, in view of the award passed by the Labour Court, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to proceed the matter in the manner known to law.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
