RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence passed in S.CNo.349/2016 dated 12/02/2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli enlarge the petitioner/Single Accused on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MOHIDEEN BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sessions Court, Tirunelveli Division in S.C.No.349 of 2016 dated 12.02.2018 and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the present Criminal Appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court is of the view that the petitioner could be granted the relief as prayed for with certain conditions.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner are ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tenkasi and on further condition that the petitioners should report before the said Magistrate, on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
