Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue necessary direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner in the transaction relating to the car bearing Registration No.TN-64-U-5797 Volkswagen Polo Car.

ORDER

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he has been illegally harassed by the first respondent, even though the dispute is with regard to sale of a vehicle, which is civil in nature.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petition enquiry was conducted on 23.03.2021 and it was closed after enquiry on 24.03.2021.
